Roots ending in א: לִקְרֹא, לִמְצֹא, לָצֵאת, לָבוֹא
The final א is written but silent: past-tense suffixes attach without a shva (קָרָאתִי — karAti), and the feminine present ends in ־ֵאת: קוֹרֵאת. Also: לִמְצֹא (to find), לִשְׂנֹא (to hate), לְמַלֵּא (to fill, pi'el), לִבְרֹא (to create).
